La Bilaia, the agritourism with 5 Suns (the highest agritourism classification at national level) offers an Agri Menu studied and created by our Agri Chef Paolo Passano that changes 4 times a year. The dishes are designed according to the seasons and the local raw materials produced mainly by our farm along narrow strips of land supported by the typical dry stone walls. In some dishes you will find an exotic touch proposed by Paolo who lived for many years in South America.
